“Sadly I'm returing this robe ad I found it very uncomfortable to wear. The material on the outside was very pretty and soft, the material on the inside was not soft like terry cloth robes I've worn for years. And while it seems like an easy return process, I did find it odd that when I filled out the return form there was no option for the reason as "other" or even "product quality" - it only gave options like "I changed my mind", "Not as described on website" (which is what I chose) - but I think they need to know I actually thought the product was not very good. I want my robe to be soft, not scratchy. It almost felt like very cheap terry cloth - it was so odd. I recently tried one on at Pottery Barn that was the softest material I'd ever felt, but it was too light weight. If I could put their dream robe on the inside of this robe, it would be perfect. The outside was beautiful, soft, etc... but I couldn't deal with the inside.”
“We have loved the robes for ourselves and others for a long time. My most recent purchase did not come out as expected. No proof was offered before ordering, so I had to assume that the way I requested the monogram made sense to the company. I might have also expected an email since it was unusual. It's still okay, just not what I wanted. A window to show you what your finished monogram would look like after you entered it would have been good.”
