“I ordered some flowers, a cookie and handcream to be delivered for my friends 40th birthday. I was very proud of myself that I had actually been organised in advance however mid morning the day of delivery I found out my recipient was away on holidays... so my beautiful flower gift would be withered on her doorstep! I emailed LVLY and they responded immediately suggesting they could hold aside my delivery and to contact them with a redelivery date. After confirming with my friend I was able to redirect the order 5 days later after her return.
