“Delivery was on time, only I was not sure that the flowers were actually delivered as the delivery confirmation showed a box and no flowers at the door. So was not sure that the flowers were actually delivered as the box was lying flat as well. Did cause concern as I did not want to call the recipient to ask if she received flowers or not. She did thank me for the flowers later but I am not sure what it looked like.”
Hi Faiza! Our team of LVLY pick packers are hard at it packing gifts to make people’s day all around Australia. Due to the high volume of orders, we are just unable to organise photos of exact deliveries before dispatch. Our gifts are securely packed within our boxes for transit to prevent any damage to the flowers. We are so happy nonetheless that the gift was warmly received! x
