“I was seeking to deliver a lovely birthday surprise to a friend who lives in another city and state from me. I made an error in entering the delivery address - while suburb + postcode were correct, unfortunately I entered my own street number and street name - which is actually a real address in my friend's suburb. However, it is an apartment building, and so the delivery person did not know how to deliver the flowers. What really impressed me was that LVLY arranged a fresh order 2 days later, to the correct address, and so my friend did get her flowers, only a little late, and not bedraggled as they might have been had they remained in their packaging all that time! Thanks to LVLY for such great customer service when the error was mine :)”
