“In Mother’s Day is have a battle in my hands because I have two year old twin daughters and a 6 year old daughter. We decided to get the flowers delivered this year because of the squabbles about who gives the flowers to mummy yada yada. So delivery was key. We ordered in the Friday and the flowers we delivered promptly Mother’s Day morning but sadly in transit the flowers had, had a very rough trip sadly which resulted in a few tears from the girls. Bummed as we were mummy still made everyone feel great that we got her flowers even though they were in poor condition.
We decided to shoot an email and picture of the flowers to see let LVLY know what had happened and they were awesome. They were quick to offer a refund and very heart felt apology. They also offered to send another bunch which was a huge surprise for my daughters and they were over the moon when they got to give mum a beautiful fresh new bunch of flower just two days later. Thanks so much team. You guys saved Mother’s Day.”

“Flowers were fresh, and as I had hoped. Sometimes what you see on a website and order is not what you get, but with this company, no worries about that, everything was perfect, and my friend loved them for her birthday. Was told of delivery time range, and advised when they were delivered.
