“The flower arrangement was carefully compiled and packaged safely, to my doorstep 2 days prior to the big day. I had limited time and resources as I was recovering from broken bone surgery and totally housebound. Kept the flowers in water and in air-conditioning. Then on the big day re-wrapped as received and gave to my mother in law. It was absolutely perfect. It totally made her day!! Thanks, LVLY for your wonderful services.”
“From the picture I was sent it looked good.
Delivery was a but slack, I had mentioned the recipient was in the salon alone and might be u able to get to the door. There is only 3 shops on the side street and he sat in the car and called her to come out. When she described where to go he still was reluctant to look and wanted her to find him. It was fine but those things always takeaway from the element of surprise and treat of it. It would be nice if the driver read the brief and was able to say happy birthday, congratulations and what not, rather than seeming like he was 'just sent' and couldnt be bothered to even attempt a look. The extra mile when you've paid nearly 200 for flowers means alot. The feedback is meant for awareness and food for thought not criticism! Flowers look nice.”

“The flowers were lovely, how ever I only received confirmation that were being delivered about 30 minutes before they arrived. As a result I assume waited all morning and early afternoon, I had assumed they weren’t coming so we went out, only to get an email saying the delivery window, and then before we could get back they had been left outside.
Would be much better if you could be given a delivery window that you should be home for, and this needs to arrive first thing in the morning or even the day before”
