Our LVLY couriers are out on the road delivering gifts from 11am until 9pm Monday to Sunday (metro areas). We are unable to accommodate specific time slots for delivery of orders, we're so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We're here to help you make someone’s day, not be the fun police... but here's some important stuff we have to be clear about. We aim to fulfil all deliveries by 9pm on the nominated date of delivery but we can't promise a specific time slot during the day. Whilst we do our very best to get your gifts delivered on time, we are reliant upon third party couriers and there are some things we can't control like the weather or major traffic delays.
