“I had a rather unfortunate experience with the delivery of some flowers to SA, this was predominately due to the SA Warehouse being temporarily closed and hot temps in SA. Subsequently, by the time the flowers arrived from Interstate to SA they were a little worse for wear.
I contacted the team and they were amazing with offering an upgraded delivery. Unfortunately the flowers were still received poorly. Without even asking, LVLY refunded by money and sent an offering a free delivery of flowers once their SA Warehouse reopens.
I’m so thrilled to say the delivery was received in perfect condition with extra goodies and the recipient was thrilled.
