“"I saw there were great reviews so I snagged two flavors, chocolate and vanilla chai I tried the chocolate in almond milk and blended ice so I could taste it on its own before making up some smoothie recipes for it. It was good as far as these powders go, definitely drinkable as-is and it's also really good as a smoothie with nut butters and\or bananas, etc. First day I had it for lunch and I did notice that I felt good that afternoon. My body felt good but the biggest thing I noticed was my anxiety ebbing almost *right away* after having this drink. I struggle with fairly severe anxiety pretty much all the time. The drink didn't have any CALMING sensation per se, what I noticed was the ABSENCE of anxiety shortly after having the drink. Considering that our digestive system, aka our second brain has over 100 million neurons (fun fact) I'm feeling like it makes sense that this might have such an effect! A topic I could go on about for hours, but won't here! Anyway, long story short, I recommend this product! THANK YOU!"”
