“I ordered the small bag to try out and it is a great tasting option for a quick recovery shake or mix in fruit for a full meal replacement. I have been using Gain and I would say the plant based products are comparable. The Lyfefuel is a little more convenient. I may pull the trigger on the 21 day option Lyfefuel has but I haven't yet.”
