“I began my nutrition shake journey with Ka'chava with a recommendation from my brother and his wife. I was happy with it. But then heard about Lyfefuel. I research it and compared ingredients. I especially liked the fact that the calorie count was lower as was the price. I was not to be disappointed! The flavor was better yet! I'm very happy with my switch to Lyfefuel. And have suggested my brother try it as well.”

“shake is great. However you need to do a 30 day supply!!! I constantly run out before the month is finished and my next batch is delivered, very frustrating!!!”

“I love the energy I feel as a result of the shake, but I don't love the flavor of the vanilla chai. If I order again, I would want to try the chocolate. I may hold out for when the plain vanilla becomes available.”

“To be honest this one taste like they took powdered vitamins and mixed it in with everything else. I do not care for the flavor or texture of this one. It leaves my mouth feeling like I consumed a powder.”
