“I Have been using Lyfefule Essential Shake for about a year now. It is my breakfast each morning. It gives me the energy I need to get through the morning without getting hungrey. At first the sweeness was a challenge to get use to. But I add a tablespoon of unweetened coco to the drink to "neutralize" the sweetness. I make a drink with Silk Almond Milk, frozen fruit, flax/chia/hemp seeds. Very tasty!”

“This nutrition shake is a good meal subsitute at times. I can use it as a meal mourning, noon or at night. I cannot use this product everyday, it will cause me to have stomach discomfort. Good nutrition shake and will continue to use at this time.”
