“I have been using Essentials for several months as part of a weight loss and getting healthier routine. Every morning, 7 days a week, I make a shake with frozen fruit/berries, mct oil, dried lions mane mushrooms, Greek yogurt and 30 cal almond milk. It has been life changing! I drink it on my commute to work and it keeps me satisfied through lunch. My lunches have significantly decreased to where I may have half a sandwich or a small lean cuisine meal. The shake is delicious and satisfying. Lots of energy, focus and no hunger noises. My goal was 1200 cals or less a day, and this has made it easy! If I do get an urge for a snack late afternoon, I have one of the fudge Essentials bars and that curbs my appetite. The vanilla is good and has an overtone of chai, which is nice. Highly recommend the products!”

“This is a very tasty vegan mix with the typical slight grittiness that I'm used to with pea protein mixes (cut a little perhaps with the use of rice protein). The flavor is a little confusing. They mention chai, but that may just be a way to mask the earthy flavors of the vitamins and minerals. It's very good though and I like the fact that they use stevia to sweeten. Stevia is by far the healthiest and most natural 0-calorie sweetener. This is a meal replacement mix with a ton of essentials, so it's definitely more satisfying than your typical protein-only shake. It also comes loaded with a supergreens mix and some digestive enzymes and even Co Q10. It's a filling and nutritious drink as much as it is delicious.”
