“This is a nuanced review. I LOVED the idea of the essentials nutrition shake - the nutrition profile checked all the boxes and I was really hopeful. But I just couldn’t stomach the taste/aftertaste of the vanilla chai, despite mixing it in multiple smoothies combos in addition to trying it solo. I will absolutely try it again if the flavor profile is updated, which I am told is happening. I am grateful for the refund policy and had little trouble receiving a refund once I had found the right email address.”

“Its just too sweet for me. I added mire water and unflavored greek yoghurt but nothing helped the sweetness. Also the options in the next question makes zero sense.”
