“I cancelled my subscription to Lyfe fuel. The package I received came busted open. I sent pictures to customer service and was told I’d receive a replacement but I never did. So I contacted them again and sure enough they never shipped it. At this point I’d waited almost a month to just try and get my original shipment replaced which never happened so I asked for a refund and canceled. Sad because I was really looking forward to trying this as a way to improve my health.”

“I don't like Vanilla Chai. I thought I purchased Vanilla and it was Vanilla Chai. I don't like the way it tastes and I didn't finish the bag”

Every once in a while, we do have some patrons who say that the taste needs to grow on them and that is fine. “Great taste for a, all in one meal replacement, I really like that is low calorie, and that has multivitamin in it ( main reason I got it). I wish it had omega 3 in it already as well ( chia seeds etc), that will boost the convenience aspect.”

“My wife and I prefer the Vanilla flavor over the Chocolate although the chocolate is also delicious, due to the fact that we add fruit and other ingredients to shakes and bowls and feel the Vanilla is a more suitable to blend other ingredients.”

“It mixes well. Tastes pretty good. I put a little milk in my shake to make it creamy and it goes well with the chai flavor. When I make the shake with just water it’s not as good. I sometimes wish it was just vanilla. That’s the only downside to the shake otherwise it’s great. I love it in the morning. Gives me energy.”

“horrible customer service. no one answered the phones. they only responded via email. took over 2 months to receive my product. I cancel my purchase. I have emails from a customer rep that confirmed cancellation, but your company still proceeded to send the products and charge me. i kept calling, but no answer. how do run a business like this.”

“I make my shake every other morning with almond milk and strawberries. It has a creamy delicious flavor that is not chalky but tasty and so good for me. Soon I plan to make it a daily shake.”
