“Essentials is an essential of my daily health wellness program. Due to many demands on this body and mind, Essentials keeps me right with EVERYTHING on and off the job site. A few scoops a day keep sweet cravings away and keeps the energy burn consistent (that matters a lot). In a pinch, I can double up on the scoop for a meal. “It doesn't really remind me too much of vanilla or chai. It's obviously very reminiscent of the chocolate flavor but after having the vanilla for the month and retrying the chocolate again, the chocolate tastes much better and nicer. I reaaally want to drink and enjoy the chocolate flavored one. I'd still tell people to probably give both a try because everyone is different. I read a review where someone said they generally love chocolate flavored things/shakes but actually preferred the vanilla, it's ok, I personally prefer the chocolate. I haven't added any flavorings like any berries to switch up the flavor of vanilla. Thank you for having these two generally good flavors which might be good to switch out, try and experiment a lil with. Thank you for making these shakes with good quality ingredients and thoughtfully low carb, low sugar, high nutrient density and no junk!! I would and have recommended this to others and had at least one friend so far try it! Will continue to recommend! Love it! I also wish I could choose more reasons in the survey as to what my fave features are, because it's not just because it's low carb, low sugar, also because it's low calorie unlike many others, while being nutrient dense as stated earlier (same or more nutrients as others but half the calories or more than half comparing to other supposed health shakes, and thoughtful ingredients, NO soy, no fake stuff or fake flavorings, NONGMO thank you! Even has some organic ingredients (would be great to add more organic variety ingredients to reduce pesticides and herbicides like especially those on the dirty dozen and more). and made in the USA is always a nice extra touch.”

“I was using this as a breakfast replacement. Or trying to. It fell significantly short of that. If I tripled the recommended serving (1 scoop), it came close to making me feel not hungry, but then the cost becomes ridiculous. The flavor was ok, but it was way too sweet for my tastes. I do like the ingredients, but at $9-12 a shake, it's not worth it as a meal replacement. It would be good as a supplement, but then it's just a waste of time. I don't want to make two breakfasts.”

“Starting using in 2014 as I way to get necessary clean vitamins and probiotics in his body. We mix with ice, ice coffee and a splash of milk. Delicious ! Can’t imagine starting my day without one !”
