“No noticeable difference from my Keto shake as far as how I feel. This doesn't taste as good and its kinda grainy and chalky. I will be going back to my usual shake mix especially as this is so expensive. I lke the list of ingredients if you could make it taste better !”

Hi Amy, Thank you for your review. We're very sorry that you were not satisfied with our Essential shake vanilla. Every once in a while, we do have some patrons who say that the taste needs to grow on them and that is fine. We are in the process of updating our formulations to improve the taste, texture, and flavor profiles. The powder mixes best using a shaker bottle or blender. For a thicker shake with a more robust flavor profile, we suggest using a milk substitute such as unsweetened almond or coconut milk, but feel free to get as creative as you’d like. “Hi... This is my second time ordering from LyfeFuel.... I originally had the Chocolate, which I really enjoyed and looked forward to drinking. This time, I tried the Vanilla and in all honesty, I find it way too sweet and almost feel that I am putting "junk food" into my system. I know this is not the case...but it tastes like artificial sugar to me and I will not purchase this flavor again. The Chocolate, however, is something I will happy to order in the near future.”

“I add a little peanut butter to it and it takes the edge off the Chai taste. I now rather like the taste. However, the taste isn't the issue. It simply gives me more energy and makes me feel healthier The nutritional value is the point and makes it well worth the cost. I highly recommend it.”

“Mixes very well. Flavor is ok. Not sweet. I thought I ordered plain old vanilla but it’s chai vanilla. My only problem is the shipping part but that’s because I live in Alaska. FedEx doesn’t like PO Boxes. I live in a remote area and my PO Box is the best option for me.”
