“I used about a scoop and a half daily. I've adapted Essentials as part of my overall wellness regime. Early morning I do half a scoop with other powders (greens included), and around midmorning, I enjoy a full scoop. The midmorning scoop is for clean energy burn for the rest of the day. It keeps away sweet cravings, and good nutrition before I eat lunch. Essentials just WORK. Thanks.”
