“The drink has good taste, and easy to mix with water and blend. I work at a desk so I don't get much movement throughout the day. This drink is a great healthy alternative meal replacement for lunch. I do feel better in the sense of having better energy and focus throughout the day, not groggy or tired like after eating at a restaurant.”
