“So I really bought this as an alternative for Kachava and it didn’t live up to my expectations. The flavor is a bit artificial tasting. The texture could also be less grainy? If that makes sense. Other than that, it is okay. I just wouldn’t buy again because I drink Kachava”

“The package literature, ingredients sounds excellent, but my first taste, compared to Kachava, or Smoothie King, etc, Recovery Shake was not good tasting. When blending with ice, the mix separated or seemed too, with half of it fluffy like egg whites were in that bit, and the rest was icy shavings. Did not work for what I needed for: post operative meal replacement for 10 days. I stuck to Ka Chava”

“I’ve been using the recovery shake for a few months now, and I am very pleased with it. Great taste (especially with oat milk or almond milk), digests easily, and it staves off hunger after a workout. Needless to say, it’s helped me with my workout goals - my coworkers notice a lean bulk happening, and I’m about it!”
