“I’m very disappointed with the quality of the short. At that price point, I expected a high-end product, but unfortunately, the item appears to have a defect.
I contacted customer service about this issue two weeks ago, but I have yet to receive any response. For a premium brand, this lack of communication is unacceptable. I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me and offer a solution.
This experience has been really frustrating, and unless the situation is resolved soon, I won’t be ordering again.”
“Good bibs, I guess they're made for very lean ectomorph body types. I needed to size up from Assos/Rapha S to MAAP M and I'm thinking about going for L in my next pair. For me as a more muscular/broad person they fit very very tight and are hard to get on. Once on, they disappear and the chamois is very good. The top layer touching the skin is very soft and glides well so there's little to no friction with enough padding for me to use it on full day adventures.”
