The sleeves don't really provide much warmth, which is fine because I wasn't expecting them to. For me the sleeves are all about that SPF protection all the way down the arms.
I'm 5'8 (172.72 cm) and ~152lb (69kg) and ordered a Medium. I could probably have squeezed into a Small for something a bit more aero and a bit more skin tight, but have been really happy with the Medium in terms of comfort (especially the length). If a lose some belly weight, I might go with Small next time around.”
