Impossible to imagine adding a layer below with my 1M74 and 65 Kg for "M" sizing choice ! . If I had to recommend, I would take one size more ! Especially in long sleeves, it's for less favorable weather conditions, so you should be able to put a layer underneath! I Don't understand that some who are over 1.80m hight and 70 Kg take "M" size !
