“I did a fair amount of research before settling on this vest, and I’m glad I found it! My favorite thing about this vest is the fact that it has multiple jersey pockets on the back. Unfortunately, you don’t see that often on a vest, but it makes this piece so much more useful and versatile! You can throw it over a pocketless long sleeve wool shirt or base layer without sacrificing the storage. On colder rides, wear it under a rain shell to add lots of warmth without bulk in the arms. It’s great to pack along for longer rides or bikepacking trips when weather can change dramatically. I wore mine for rainy descents in the mountains, then unzipped it from the bottom during climbs. The polartech material was cozy without getting too sweaty. As others have stated, this item runs very small, however. I’m usually a medium (with room to spare) in Rapha or other brands, but a medium in this vest was so tight I could hardly breathe. Definitely size up! Even in a large, the vest is relatively snug at the waist. Definitely more of a race fit than expected.”
