Thank you so much for your kind words and thank you for shopping with us! We're very happy to have you as a customer. My name is Robert, I am the owner of Macfixit Australia and I was hoping that if you had a little more time and if it was not too much trouble perhaps you could also leave a note of your positive experience under the Product Reviews webpage for us as well. We find that unless we ask our customers, we very rarely have any positive notes left under the Product Reviews page and it certainly helps other potential customers in the decision making to determine if they should purchase from us. If you left your positive note I would very much appreciate it. Please find the link to the Product Reviews website under the link below: https://productreview.com.au/p/macfixit-australia.html Thank you for your time and we hope to see you in our store again soon.

I have 5 ipads to remove broken headphone plugs from. Got the Gripstick. After 20 minutes I've been able to remove 2 out of 5. Tried multiple times with multiple approaches to inserting the tool. I had high hopes for this tool. I'm afraid it isn't the be-all end-all of tools.

It does the job but it takes a bit of manipulating. The grip part often bends when inserted into the iPad, so constantly bending it back into shape. Thought it was quite expensive for what it is made of and does.

I bought this hoping it would work and would not even go I to the hole I tried tapping in softly and still no results. Waste of money

I tried using this on my 2017 MacBook Pro 13” and the gripstick would barely fit in the headphone jack and didn’t get the broken headphone piece out. Now I just have a random stick that I can’t use and cost me almost $50

I can’t believe this tool actually worked! My daughter snapped off her headphone jack in her iPad and I was told by 2 different repair stores that I’d have to replace the iPad as the repairs would cost hundreds $$. I didn’t think the tool could do the job but it did! I can’t stop telling friends about it. Best purchase ever!
