“Good service and very fast turnaround from Macfixit. This is the second battery I’ve bought in 5 years. Unfortunately I only get about 90 mins of use from it which is similar to the previous battery I had. This is with the screen turned down and other energy saving settings. I have researched what I could do and after trying to calibrate, resetting PRAM etc there was no improvement. I’m not certain if it’s the battery or the Mac but I’d expect more from it. I guess I probably should update it anyway. Other then that I would go back to Macfixit as they have good service and an excellent range of products.”

“It couldn't be easier to replace this battery. MacFixit supplied the battery with clear instructions and the tools to install it. It came very quickly after being ordered and was well priced (cheaper would be better, of course, but it was a fair price). These batteries are sourced from a supplier in the USA and use quality "innards" - Samsung cells, I think. After going through the charge/calibrate process the battery is delivering more power than the original. My "daily drive" MacBook Pro is back to better than new battery performance.”
