“Can't believe the difference in performance! It's like a new computer.
Also highly recommend getting something like the adaptadrive 2.5" to 3.5” converter if you're swapping out the main drive.
I didn't, so the install process was a bit more complicated-- had to remove the optical drive and pull the whole logic board out to access a SATA ports on the back of it.
Very happy with the product though. This upgrade has given my aging iMac a new lease on life.”
