“I was nervous about buying salmon online because I live on the sea and we are used to fresh seafood from the docks. However, there are no salmon in Gulf of Mexico waters and we have to buy it frozen anyway. This salmon was the best salmon we and our guests have ever eaten. It is not "fishy" nor does it have bones. I loved that the scales and skin had been removed. The subtle flavors of honey and bourbon do not overpower the flavor of the delicious fish -- and it tasted fresh and exquisite. I have already ordered more.”
