“Just celebrated Thanksgiving with smaller family this year....this is the first time I ordered the stuffed turkey roll. It was quite delicious....juicy and tender. We liked the filling and I made my own gravy to go with it. I had thawed it out in the refrigerator a day and a half before and brought it to room temperature for an hour before cooking. The timing, however, was off. After 45 minutes it was only 120 degrees in the center. It took about an extra 25 minutes to reach the proper temperature. Next time I make one I will have to account for that. Also, the directions said to use a "baking dish"....I used a glass pyrex dish but wasn't sure if I should have used something different. All in all, I would definitely order again.”
“I buy this turkey roast every Thanksgiving since it is just my husband and myself. It is the perfect size for two people. The fact that it is stuffed with traditional stuffing is an added bonus which means one less thing to prepare for the Thanksgiving dinner! Easy to make, delicious stuffing and consistently good.”
