“Struggled with heating it up adequately, per our thermometer so we sliced it and laid the slices down in the dish and covered for another 10 minutes after the 65 minutes at 375 degrees. Somehow my Dad and I always struggle with holiday food since Mom passed away but we stick with Mackenzie Ltd. because Mom always chose good stuff from the catalog. Can't go wrong with quality, just the home chef is who screws it up!”
