“This roast was not only EXCELLENT on Thanksgiving but for the next three days as well! We even tried frying a slice in a bit of olive oil just to crisp & heat it up a bit and it too was excellent!”

“Perfect. Turkey was moist and stuffing was to die for. Also order the gravy. It comes in 2 packs so the second if fresh for leftovers.”

“The taste is good. The size serves 6 easily with seconds for some. The look is a little machine made but that also makes it compact and easy to cut.”
