“One review here says the Brie tastes like Bleu or Gorgonzola cheese. That is not true. It tastes like Brie and is perfectly balanced with the raspberry. I add 5 minutes to the time and watch them. I take them out just as the Brie and raspberry start to bubble. They are flaky, sweet and savory.”
