“I grew in up Brooklyn, I know Stromboli.....due to covid the only Pizza Place/rest. in a 50 mile arc, closed down. Took a flyer here and bought 2 . I was very surprised.
They were consistent and consistently excellent.
My only quibble is the cooking instructions. My advice; thaw to room temp., brush the entire loaf with olive oil lightly, bake at 400 for 35 minutes center rack, you should get a nice shell and the meat and cheese will be warm/hot enough to enjoy, dont slice it before hand like they ask you to.......trust me.”
