“I think our oven worked best for the first 2 we made. Son and husband liked them and I split one with husband. Potatoes were good , appetizers good and molten lava cakes delicious. Our oven didn't work as good for the 3rd one I had another time. Appetizers, potaoes and cakes can be used separately for other meals. Because of our oven I would order something else next time. I would have ordered the turkey roll again with other items but was tired of turkey after Thanksgiving.
The Best thing we have ordered was the turkey roll, gravy, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, we cooked it at home and took to share with 2 relatives. 5 stars. Everyone loved it so much and they are rather picky. I loved it too. The sweet potato casserole is awesome. I wish they would offer this year round. The beef wellington was good - I ordered for when my son was visiting before xmas.He and husband and I enjoyed it. Crab soup was more like a bisque but tasty. My husband and I made the spinach and swiss cheese souffle bites. they were good and easy to make. good for an easy breakfast item or brunch item.”
“So disappointed. The onion/feta appetizer was fantastic. The potatoes were great! And my guest loved the lava desert. But following the directions on the beef wellington, it was overcooked even at 25 minutes. The crust was blackened in many spots, the meat was overcooked, and the mushrooms were almost non-existant. The crust was okay but it didn't compare to my former company that no longer offers it.”
“Dinner was delicious and I will definitely order from MacKenzie again! The dinner did not arrive with the original order and MacKenzie fed ex’d it to a nearby location and a driver drove 2 hours to deliver it so we’d have it for Xmas Eve dinner!”
