Cold Water Lobster Tails - Two Reviews

4.8 Rating 5 Reviews
These are very good and easy to cook. I steamed them as recommended in the instructions. However, it would be helpful if the instructions also gave hints on how to remove the meat from the shell. There are tricks to it and you can find them on youtube but it would be nice if they were included with the cooking instructions.

They were very good and I plan on ordering them again. Much better than a frozen tail from the grocery store. The tails were small and 2 tails made one generous serving (for a 77 yr old woman). Cooked to perfection according to instructions provided for steaming.

These were as good as, if not better, than any ordered at a restaurant.

My husband put the lobsters on the grill, we dipped the sweet delectable meat into butter and savored it with a,glass of Processco.

The lobster was as my wife said its the best lobster she ever had. Did your steam recipe for 8 minutes. The chateaubriand was great. Had leftovers on buttered toast. The juice was lacking. Here's what I use. 4oz. butter, 2c. beef stock,1c. red wine, 1tsp. Beef Better Than Bouillon. Can use beef drippings instead of butter. Reduce by half in pan beef came out of. Try it I love this for my Au Jus for Prime rib. At Christmas time I tried your Petite Turducken, I called to let you know what I thought but did not get a return call. We got a Turducken from Miss. for Thanksgiving was not great. But my wife wanted to try yours and it was great! I like coming up with my own recipes off your pictures and notes. Charles
