“This is a lovely entree, easy to prepare but impressive for guests. The pastry is flaky; the salmon is plentiful and moist. My only reservation is that the spinach and other layer was limited at the edges, so that the first few bites tasted a bit bland; this improved completely toward the middle. Overall, Salmon Wellington is a great lighter alternative to the traditional beef; we definitely would buy these again.”
