“This was meant for a gift. The recipient received the box with no ice and everything was melted and deemed to be unsafe to eat. When Mackenzie was notified, a second box was shipped and arrived in good condition. The recipient called me and raved about the gumbo. These unfortunate things happen in shipping and even though initially the shipment was not in good condition, I am happy that the issue was promptly resolved. I would recommend Mackenzie because of the quality of the food and their prompt resolution of the difficulty.
