“This was a super delicious gumbo - just spicy enough. With the boil and serve packet, it makes for a very speedy lunch or dinner. I just served it over fluffy rice with good crusty bread. Nothing else needed.”
“I had 2 orders of the seafood gumbo. One order seemed better than the other in that the gumbo was very hardy in one order and rather light in the second order. Both were good but I did add more shrimp to the lighter order.”
