“This is the 3rd year we have ordered this for our family Christmas Eve dinner. I was deciding whether or not to order again this year, but it got a very definite yes vote from the majority. However, this is the first year we followed the recommendation to boil the lobster bisque in the bag, rather than warm it directly in a pan, and I am now on the majority side. I enjoyed it more this year than before. I think it came out creamier heating it this way, so I would definitely advise to follow these directions. It has a lot of lobster pieces and the flavor is really nice. It will remain a great tradition for our family (and will be boiled in the bag)!”
