“I bought a carrot cake to bring to my friends' house as a dessert after dinner. We all loved it! I gave a small piece to another friend who has been helping me out after my recent surgery. She also loved it. Today I gave her a whole carrot cake as a thank-you gift. She is thrilled!”

“The Carrot Cake is my favorite. I had multi carrot cakes - some are bad and are very good. The Mackenzie is the wonderful carrot cake best of all.”

“So moist it stays fresh forever (unless you eat it all at once) attractive in and of itself, and the icing is to die for.”
