“They are softer than a normal coffee cake consistency. I throw them in a freezer bag and into the freezer taking one out as I want it. Very short time to defrost.. If left out or in the refrigerator, they are a bit wet feeling, but still very good. I like they are individually wrapped in cello. Convenient.”
