“Have gotten these most Christmases for maybe 20 years now and this year the beef was tough and chewy and not pleasant. Pretty disappointed. Be very careful cooking: if they are going into a chafer on a buffet then take them out of the over early or the meat will by dry by the time guests get to them.”
