“I was very disappointed with these crabs. I love soft shell crabs and their flavor but there was a seasoning used in their preparation that left a very unpleasant after taste.
I will not order them again.”
“This is perhaps the most misleading product in your catalog because these crabs are only blanched and not dressed as the picture suggests. If a person gets ahead of themselves trying to order as I did when speaking to one of your operators, it would be all to easy to select this unfinished product. Calling in and expressing my displeasure got me nowhere. My mistake as I was told, indeed. Perhaps your lack of future business.”
