“It was very good...with a few exceptions. There were no muscles, even it shows them in the photo in the catalog. And there is no fish (Halibut, Salmon or Sea Bass Chunks) which is typical for authentic Cioppino. But I gave it a 4-stars instead of 5-stars for those reasons. Tons of flavor, but I did goose it up a little by sauteeing garlic in olive oil an then adding the pouch into that. Also, just a little acidic, which is easily solved by stiring in a half teaspoon of baking soda, which kills that acidity (an old Italian cooking trick)”
