“We've had caviar from other places but this didn't disappoint! It was fantastic. I'll be ordering again. The sample was a perfect amount for a Mother's Day brunch and small snack. The Smoked Golden Chicago Whitefish was unique and mild. The smoke was mild but noticeable. The hackleback and salmon were both fresh and delicious. Also, the smoked salmon tenderloin was the perfect balance of fish, smoke and not too salty. I hate it when smoked salmon is so salty you can't enjoy it or it overpowers. Great balance.”
