“The Baked Alaska pieces I've tried so far were the ones that either were slightly damaged from shipping. Or, had no singe on the top. They tasted pretty good, and I look forward to having the rest of them.
One other criticism is that the packaging does not indicate how long to thaw them from the freezer in a refrigerator before serving them. And, these items are no longer available on line to verify that timing. I recall it's two hours, and that seems to work well enough.”
“The bake Alaska was very good, this was mine first time ordering and eating them. Each leaver was light in taste but just a little sweet enough for you to want more. Not sure about the graham cracker or what kind of Cvs Se they use but it is great as well. Each layer taste good by itself but is a delightful treat together. The treat is worth the price to buy.
