“I think the baker made a reasonable effort to capture the bananas Foster flavor into a cheesecake. However, I felt a cheesecake's soft texture coupled with a banana/rum flavoring needed an added crunch for balance. I would recommend adding caramelized walnuts or pecans to add a crunch to the composition.”
