“The order arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. They were a gift and when my colleague saw them, she knew immediately they were from Ted Lasso... the packaging is great! That being said, many of the cookies were cracked and, while I didn't eat one, they looked hard. I haven't had these biscuits before, but when I watched the boss eating them in the show, they looked soft... so maybe I should have told her to heat them up? Overall, the purpose was the feeling of joy that Ted Lasso brings and that hapepened... so I am definitely pleased!”
