“The mouthfeel from the malted barley flour is delightful. The flavor is spot on, but personally i like the butter flavor to be more at the forefront. They are very good shortbread, great even. However, they are not worth the absurd price tag. I suppose if you make so much money that it is no object, then definitely try them.
