“I found these neither juicy nor dry, but just nicely flavored shredded pork. They are more dumpling than biscuit, good but a little too much dough in the top knot. Overall I liked these and would recommend as a good appetizer, easy to cook, easy to serve, easy to hold and eat (hoorah for not having too much sauce). And you can always put out a little barbecue sauce to dip the extra bread knot in.”
