“As you must know, I'm a fan of your products and buy them frequently. Almost everything I've gotten are superb. This is the first time I bought the black and white cookies. I think they could be improved.
Here's my suggestion. One of the unique things about black and white cookies is that the dough is cake-like and not crisp. The original black and white cookies you find in NYC are large, which allows the softness of the dough to be featured.
Therefore, I think you could improve them primarily by selling the full size ones rather than minis which tend to dry out easily.”
